Set on a green 5 ha site which goes
from the forest to the road (boulevard des Remparts), this newly
built first class (4*) holiday complex is composed of a hamlet of rental
high class dwellings, lanes, fountains ; of a sports area with 4 tennis
courts and a seasonal pool and of a welcom-leisure-entertainment area
(sheltering the underground car park).

The accomodation :
Is distributed in the 14 small one-level structures, composing the hamlet
of dwellings, located at the bottom of the field, withdraw fromany traffic.
All of them offer nice decoration and comfort : beautiful covered terrace
- entirely or partly covered - with a "garden living-room" ;
a colour television set ; a telephone with a direct line ; separate kitchen
with a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave/grill oven, a dishwasher, a 4-ring
electric hob ; a bathroom ; separate toilets ; cupboards ; electric heating.
Depending on their capacity, they are organized as follows :
. 2 rooms/sleeps 4 (38 m² + terrace 11 m²) : hall,
a living-room with a dining area and a lounge area (2 single sofa-beds)
+ a bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 wardrobes.
. 3 rooms/sleeps 6 (51 m² + terrace 11 m²) : hall,
a living-room with a dining area and a lounge area (2 single sofa-beds)
+ a bedroom with 2 single beds + a double-bedded bedroom with a washbasin,
3 wardrobes.
. 4 rooms/sleeps 8 (60 m² + terrace 11 m²) : hall,
a living-room with a dining area and a lounge area (2 single sofa-beds)
+ 3 bedrooms (two with twin beds and one with a double bed and a wash
basin), 4 wardrobes.
. Please note that 2 two-roomed and 1 three-roomed
flats are adapted and equipped for handicapped persons.
Facilities and services available :
Bed linen is supplied, laundry-rooms with
washing machines and coin dryer, an underground parking space. On request,
breakfast can be arranged in the bar and housework can be done. 200 meters
away, you can find all sorts of shops and services (doctors, chemist...).
