Located less then 500 m from the small shops in the village and 1,800 m from the beach, on a 6.5 ha estate in maritime pines and cork oaks, Arts et Vie Messanges is a Landes-style construction, with a reception/recreation/activities center, tennis courts, and seasonal swimming pool. The residence village contains a parking lot designed by a landscape architect on the edge of the property and has a total of fifty houses with two apartments each – just one in the case of 4 bedroom apartments.

Car recommended.
Train access :
arrive at the Dax train station, then taxi to the residence.
Access by car :
on the N10 highway to Magesq, take D150 to Azur, then D50 to Messanges. From there, follow the beach road for approximately 400 m and turn on the first road to the left (route de la Vallée); the Arts et Vie residence is located at the end of this road (approximately 200 m).
To maintain the setting of the residence, a parking lot designed by a landscape architect has been built. Park your car in the spot marked with your apartment number. The apartments are accessed via footpaths, and luggage carts are always available.
Access by plane :
arrive at the Biarritz airport, then taxi to the village.
